How to Download & Share Your Wedding Films/Videos

This is a quick, step-by-step guide on how to download and share our films & videos to social media. Please make sure you are using the Instagram or Facebook app on your phone to upload.

Check your emails from kasey@moodandtone.co. You will see your custom webpage link, and your Google Drive download link. (I recommend downloading the highest quality video from Google Drive.)

A) Tap on the Google Drive link, and then open the video you choose to download.

B) Click on the top right menu, and then select ‘send a copy’.

C) Tap on ‘Save Video’ to save the video to your phone.

1. Download the video to your phone.

Screenshot of a mobile device displaying options to manage a video titled 'Teaser Film - Courtney & Thomas 4.22.2023.mp4'. The options include share, manage access, add to starred, make available offline, copy link, and send a copy. The send a copy option is highlighted and circled in red.

2. Open Instagram, tap on ‘new post’ button, and select your video from your phone’s gallery.

If you select the trim option, you can choose which part of the video you wish to share- instead of sharing the full video.

(This opens up so many opportunities to share different parts of your wedding day, in your way!)

3. Preview your post, edit the cover, add a caption, and tag us!

MAKE SURE TO EDIT YOUR COVER.
- If you don’t, the video will show up as black image on your feed!

If you scroll down in this menu, you can select the option to post on Facebook & Instagram at the same time.
